National Ecologic Museum

This is one of the architectural structure of the complex that generates greater visual satisfaction, due to its unusual morphology that radiates continuous movement and that is allusive to natural patterns. Here we find a setting about the island’s origins, illustrative pavilions and dioramas that show the great geological age of the island’s emergence and its evolution, passing through the hall of origin and consolidation of the island's biological systems, both habitats and habitants.

Room of the island right at Columbus’ arrival, room of human colonization to the island and its environmental impact to this day, illustrated with photo maps of pollution and degradation of natural environments, open pit mining, as well as rivers and streams’ death. In addition, it has a forest of dried plants where botanical samples of all the species of the national flora located by regions.
